Kusi embroydered around the coller, cuffs and waist in in his spare time. His time in Angleland wasn't all blood and gore.
This linen tunic and pants are made in the same "Birka" style. The pants are simple drawstring pants.
To the left is Kusi's bedroll of hemp cloth with a wool blanket within.
Laying on top is his belt made with a bone buckle and beltend.
Kusi's wicklebander (Leg wraps) are made of strips of herringbone pattern wool cloth. These help keep his legs warm and his trousers secure.
To the right is Kusi's knife he uses daily , a gift from Lodin.
Here are Kusi's shoes which he made of oiled leather. He made the sole out of veg-tanned leather that was considerably thicker.
