The members. This is a potentially expensive hobby. To create a fully authentic "kit", members look for period weaves of linen or wool, often hand sewn and hand embroidered. Authentic brass, bronze, silver and iron fittings and ornaments, authentic weapons and armor, puts a huge financial burden on reenactors! It is through the enthusiasm and commitment of the membership that this authenticity is achieved. The hours of research and training, the work of giving demonstrations and presentations, are all done without remuneration.

It is to these individuals that we owe our highest regards and support.
