For the last three years History teacher Barbara Gabriel, has had Fjellborg Vikings do regular classroom presentations on the history of the Scandinavian people during the golden age of the Vikings. She would always end the semesters class, after finals, with a costumed "Medieval Feast" with us as educational entertainment. Always a hit with everyone. This class in November, 2010 was to be the last. Though Barb's classes were always over booked, the college chose to cut the class, due to "budget constraints". (?) Pity. We do look forward to finding Barb teaching her classes in her special interactive way, at other places of much higher learning.
